You know how to deliver quality without getting stuck dotting the i's.
You know how to differentiate between what delivers value and what is nice-to-have.
You are a good communicator
Management skills don't mean anything if we can't explain what we want and you can't ask the right questions. We will need you to ask questions to gather the information you need to do your work. You are able to think about our documentation and communication from a stakeholder's perspective.
You like to work in a small team
Working in a small team, we would like everybody to feel involved. We are flexible regarding work location, but we expect you to be present in the team.
