Management skills don't mean anything if we can't explain what we want and you can't ask the right questions. We will need you to ask questions to gather the information you need to do your work. You are able to think about our documentation and communication from a stakeholder's perspective.

Working in a small team, we would like everybody to feel involved. We are flexible regarding work location, but we expect you to be present in the team. Working in a team also means willingness to exchange ideas and be open for feedback and critique. Additionally, you are willing to help with everything from cleaning the office to carrying drones and moving vehicles.

Ideally we want to hire somebody who has all the right skills to hit the ground running.
